Dimensions: 18x7 cm

This dessert for six persons is composed of a body of fine layer pastry filled with raspberry ice cream. From the centre emerges a tripod in chocolate biscuit that carries a perforated disc in dark chocolate. Inside the cake there is a small core-well filled with basil-flavoured cream.
