Gérard WANTZ, French designer, graduate of Arts Décoratifs de Paris, has worked 20 years in design in Paris, doing marketing and packaging supports for leading international groups (Dior, L’Oréal, Clarins…). His skills are sought after in fields as varied as cosmetics, ready-to-wear, alcoholic beverages and foodstuffs. In 2000 he set up his own company.
Claire DESBOIS, Parisian graphic artist, graduate of Ecole Charpentier (Paris) where she specialized in synthetic imagery and forms. For the past ten years she has been creating and shaping brand identities for leading firms in cosmetics, ready-to-wear and foodstuffs.
Rodrigo BERTOTTO, Argentinian designer, graduate of the Massana School (Barcelona), majored in furniture design at Arts Décoratifs de Paris. For the past decade he has been creating everyday-use and designer objects for groups like LVMH, Yamagiwa, Thonet… Has taken part in many exhibitions.
In 2008 this trio of kindred spirits pooled their personal experience and professional skills in a working collective to explore notions of creativity, liberty and functionality: WADEBE Design came into being.
Gérard WANTZ, Claire DESBOIS and Rodrigo BERTOTTO have produced a complete catalogue of furniture and lighting products. Their creations have been selected for marketing in Japan.
They were present at the Milan furniture fair in April 2010.
